"It is worth mentioning that, according to the account which we have given of religious assetions, there is no logical ground for antagonism between religion and natural science. As far as the question of truth or falsehood is concerned, there is no opposition between the natural scientist and the theist who believes in a transcendent god. For since the religious utternaces of the theist are not genuine proposition at all, they cannot stand in any logical relation to the propositions of science."
